Three housing  building complex, with 24 apartments inward looking to a courtyard. The permeable wood panels coveriing the front facade offer a degree of privacy. The back facade made of a steel structure and polycarbonate panels, exposes the circulation area, and the variety of levels in the courtyard suggest a degree of privacy. This way the  proposal possesses a character of being private and yet  open to the  public domain.
